Hi and hello! :)

Saw a lot of UFO videos in the last time. Searched for them. Some where clear fakes, so I decided to make my own tutorial for that. A parody. Or something.

Yeah, that is what I came out with. Just read it and try it.

Ich hab in den letzten Tagen zu viele UFO-Filme gesehen. Also... Dokumentationen und so.
Jetzt habe ich beschlossen, meinen eigenen Tutorial zu machen, wie ein solches Video zu faken ist.

Ja, das hier ist das, was dabei rausgekommen ist. Lest es und versucht es.

What program did you use? I'm making a UFO thing for a school film and television project along the lines of the McPherson Tapes and i wanna get this right :)

As this is not a tutorial for a program in particular, you're free to use what you want and can.
Uhm. There's just one program named in the whole tutorial, try this one out :)

Very nice! But I didn't like the wave distortion... that was just... ouch on my eyes... you should test how it looks without or maybe with a bit less, if that is possible :)

Good tutorial too. ( Click download for those who didn't find it ^_ ^ )

I'm glad you liked it =D
But you're right, I've to work on that a little bit more. The wave distortion is just a little bit too clear. I'll also try to add some noise bars. It's not real to add a plain noise; there has to be noise within the noise. Or something like that.

But as I said in the tutorial all effects are optional :)
